​Appointment confirmations will be sent out 72 hours prior to your appointment. Click the link in this text to confirm your appointment. you have 48 hours to cancel an appointment.. If an appointment must be canceled within the 48 hours prior to your appointment, you will be charged 25% of your total scheduled services.
 

New guests who no-show will not have the option to reschedule. 

Cancellations must be done through your Vagaro account 48 hours before your appointment.

​Current guests once a second appointment is no showed, you will not be able to rebook another appointment.

In the event you are more than 10 minutes late, you may need not be able to receive all of the services you were scheduled for. Only what is allowed for time determined by the stylist.

If you are unhappy with your service, please contact me within 7 days and I will be happy to redo the original service to the best of my ability.

I do not offer refunds for services performed.
